Rates:
Room rates for
the 2011/2012 season.
NZ $600 per room
per night (1 or 2 persons).
Rates include –
arrival treats, accommodation, cooked breakfast, room
amenities, country house facilities and GST.

Pheasant Lane, which leads from Gum Road. Follow these
directions to find us.
1) Exit the North
Western motorway at Lincoln Road
2) Drive to the end of
Lincoln Road and turn right onto Swanson Road
3) Take the
next left into Sturges Road
4) Turn left onto Candia
Road
5) Follow this road then turn right into Henderson
Valley Rd
6) Turn left into Gum Road (opposite Henderson
Valley Primary School)
7) Follow this road until you see
Pheasant Lane on the left
